Consultation calls are free and a required first step before booking. This gives us both a chance to connect, ask questions, and make sure somatic therapy is the right fit for where you are right now. Please allow 5 to 7 days for your inquiry to be reviewed and for us to schedule your 30-minute call. Consults are available Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I recommend coming every other week, twice a month. This gives your body and nervous system time to integrate between sessions, leaves room for any other healing work you may be doing, and makes the investment more sustainable over time.

Everyone is different. Most clients come for an average of 4 to 10 sessions and then return as desired. Some clients continue for years simply because they love it, and others find what they need in just a few sessions. There is no pressure either way. I will be here for as few or as many sessions as you feel right. The goal is always integration, insight, and felt, lasting change.

Once we've had our consultation call, you'll receive a private booking link to manage your own appointments online. You're also always welcome to reach out to me directly to schedule.
