Offered for a Brief Window
As a Student Practitioner of Transformative Touch Somatic Therapy – and I’m Looking for Practice Clients!
As part of my journey to becoming a Certified Somatic Therapist, I’m currently offering free sessions as I complete my training. These no-cost sessions will be available through the end of 2025, and I’d love to work with people who are open to exploring this gentle, body-based approach to healing and self-discovery.
You don’t need to know anything about somatic therapy to participate. All that’s required is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore what your body might be trying to communicate.
What Is Somatic Therapy?
Somatic Therapy is a holistic healing practice that works with the mind-body connection. Rather than focusing only on talking or analyzing problems, it starts with the body as a source of wisdom and insight. The word “somatic” comes from the Greek word soma, meaning “living body.”
Science now confirms what many ancient practices have long known: our bodies store emotions, stress, trauma, and even old beliefs. Somatic therapy helps us tune into the body's signals—through awareness, touch, gentle movement, and conversation—to begin releasing what’s no longer serving us.
What Is Transformative Touch?
Transformative Touch is a specific kind of Somatic Therapy that uses the language of touch, awareness, and presence to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and healing. It’s a deeply respectful and non-invasive process that meets you exactly where you are.
Why I’m Offering Free Sessions
I’m in the process of professional Somatic Therapy certification with the Somatic Therapy Institute (Pennsylvania). These sessions help me learn—and they give you a chance to experience this powerful work with no financial commitment. Free sessions are available through January (or until slots fill). If you’d like to reserve a spot, please reach out to schedule.
What you might experience
Even though these are student sessions, the benefits can be real and profound. People who explore somatic therapy often report:
Feeling more connected to their bodies and inner truth
Gaining insight into long-held emotional patterns
Learning how to self-regulate stress and anxiety
Releasing tension, burnout, and emotional overwhelm
Deepening their relationships—with themselves and others
Moving toward greater ease, vitality, and self-understanding.
Who is this for?
These sessions are great for you if:
You feel disconnected from your body or emotions
You’ve tried talk therapy but feel something is still missing
You’re interested in self-discovery, embodiment, or healing
You’re managing stress, chronic tension, or burnout
You’re simply curious about what your body might want to say
You don’t need to have a “big issue” to work with me. Sometimes, the most profound changes come from simply listening to ourselves in new ways.
