Because community care is essential, especially for Global Majority communities, LGBTQ+ folx, and all those who have been systemically excluded or pushed to the margins, I do not want money to be a barrier to somatic therapy or supportive care.

Sliding Scale & Access

I offer a sliding scale for Global Majority communities, LGBTQ+ folx, and anyone facing financial hardship as a result of systemic discrimination or economic marginalization. No one is turned away for inability to pay. We will find an option that works. Limited community-rate spots are reserved each month to keep access open and sustainable.

What You Can Expect

Consent-led, trauma-aware sessions that honor culture, identity, and lived experience. Practical, body-based tools you can use between sessions. Collaboration or referrals to licensed providers when appropriate.
